Comments received on the preliminary draft of the Hawaii Bioenergy Master Plan have been incorporated in the Final Draft. The Final Draft is available for additional stakeholder review at the links below. Should you have comments on the Final Draft, please submit them via email to bionrg@hawaii.edu NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 30, 2009.

  This volume reproduces the stakeholder comments on the Preliminary Draft Bioenergy Master Plan. More than 400 stakeholders were notified by email and 21 responses were received from 18 individuals and organizations. The comment schedule identifies specific comments and provides team responses.
