Duties: Participate in research relating to synthesis of semiconducting nano-particles and thin film materials for solar energy conversion devices. The selected candidate will be in charge of most experimental steps in this research effort, from sample preparation to device characterization. Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree of science in chemistry with basic knowledge in material science and synthesis. Good technical skills in chemical synthesis are required. Knowledge in material characterization techniques are mandatory, including X-ray diffraction. The candidate should be familiar with hydrogen production and storage protocols. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good computing skills are required. Pay Range: $1,918.50/month.
