Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in Engineering, demonstrated experience making analytical measurements on biomass derived fuel products. Excellent knowledge of American Society for Testing and Material standards related to fuel product quality and storage stability. Demonstrated ability to conduct experimental research, operate and maintain analytical equipment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to safely conduct research with minimum supervision. Desirable Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of Defense Logistics Agency fuel procurement standards. Stipend: $4,200 per month.
