Ali Mousavi did his undergraduate at mechanical Engineering at the most prestigious university in Iran, Sharif university of technology. He joined Hawaii natural energy institute since spring 2013. He then endowed his thermo&fluid mechanics knowledge into renewable energy researches. Helping on developing a plasma reactor under supervision of Dr. Scott Turn was one his works. He studied on combustion of alternative fuels such as Hydrogen Renewable Diesel and F76 in partial oxidization in non-thermal plasma. He is now involve in a project to clean land fill gas from contaminant such as Hydrogen sulfide and silicone compounds with the help of non-thermal gliding arc plasma reactor with the side focus on reforming methane into hydrogen.
