Training to be Performed: Participate in project to conduct research activities in advanced lithium ion batteries and electrochemical power systems, including laboratory testing and numerical simulation, primarily for electric and hybrid vehicles and stationary energy storage applications. Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in electrochemistry, materials science and engineering, engineering or related disciplines. Prior experience in battery research. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to contribute to report and proposal writing. Ability to safely conduct research with minimum supervision. Stipend: $4,500 per month.
