Bob Lansdorp (PhD, Materials, University of California Santa Barbara) has over 15 years of research experience, including the development of innovative measurement systems and sensors. As the founder of Milo Sensors, Bob secured more than $2.5M in NIH SBIR grant funding to advance cutting-edge electrochemical biosensors.
Within the PakaLi Battery Laboratory at the Hawai‘i Natural Energy Institute, Bob is dedicated to addressing the global climate crisis. His work focuses on advancing new materials, devices, and measurement systems, with an emphasis on cost-competitive grid-scale energy storage technologies to support grid decarbonization.
