The report entitled “Liquefied Natural Gas for Hawaii: Policy, Economic, and Technical Questions” has been released. Hawai‘i Natural Energy Institute (HNEI) commissioned FACTS Inc. to perform the study, selected through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process conducted last year.
